We are really keen to hear from individuals and families about their experiences of accessing emergency care, and would appreciate it if this information could be shared amongst your networks please. If you are also aware of any groups that we can attend to speak with people, please let us know also as we would be more than happy to arrange an initial meeting and attendance.
There are different ways we can collect peoples’ stories. It might be:
- A video recording of you talking about your experiences
- Attending one of our Public Forums – Details can be found on our poster and stakeholder letter.
- By completing any of our online surveys looking at 111, WAST, Emergency Primary care services and emergency respite care. Links can be found on the poster and the stakeholder letter
– please contact the Llais team if you would like to receive paper copies of these surveys.
If you are interested in being involved and sharing your experience with us, please do get in contact with us on 02920 750112 or replying to this email, and we can arrange a suitable day and time for staff to meet with you, either online, at our office, at home or somewhere neutral. We completely appreciate how emotional and sensitive this may be for you, and we will ensure we will support you as best as we can.
